Import shipment tracking
Tracks import shipments against SAP Business One purchase order lines: which lines have shipped, on which vessel and container, the departure and arrival dates, and where each shipment is between the port and your warehouse.

The problem it solves
Shipment details arrive by email from suppliers and forwarders and end up in a spreadsheet beside SAP. Purchasing cannot easily see which order lines have not shipped, and the warehouse finds out a container has arrived when the truck does.
What it does
- Shipments linked to purchase order lines, including partial shipments
- Vessel, container, bill of lading, departure and arrival dates on each shipment
- Progress through the stages: ordered, shipped, at port, cleared, received
- A list of purchase order lines not yet shipped
- An arrivals view of what is due this week
What changes for the business
- Purchasing, accounts and the warehouse look at the same shipment record
- Late shipments are visible before the stock runs out
- The warehouse can plan labour and space for what is arriving
