Warehouse management (WMS)
A complete warehouse management system inside SAP Business One: bins and zones, pallets, directed put-away, wave and batch picking, packing and shipping, cycle counting, replenishment, barcode scanner stations and a min/max planner driven by real consumption — with an approval matrix over all of it.

The problem it solves
Standard SAP Business One knows how much stock is in a warehouse, but not which bin it is in, which pallet it is on, or which order should be picked first. That knowledge lives in the heads of the people on the floor, and the stock figure is only right after a physical count.
What it does
- Warehouse structure: zones, aisles, bins, capacity and ABC classes, with a bin generator
- Inbound: advance shipping notices, receiving, quality hold and cross-docking
- Directed put-away using rules you choose, with capacity and compatibility checks
- Outbound: wave planning, allocation, picking, packing, shipping and loading
- Cycle counts by ABC class, blind or verified, with variance approval
- Replenishment and a bulk min/max planner based on the last days of consumption
- Barcode scanner stations and GS1 labels, and an approval matrix with escalation
- Every stock document is posted through SAP’s own interface, so SAP stays supportable
What changes for the business
- Stock is right in SAP every day, not just after a count
- Pickers are told where to go and what to take, so new staff are productive sooner
- Reorder levels follow what is actually consumed instead of last year’s guess
