Automatic A/P invoice
Watches for posted goods receipt POs and creates the matching A/P invoice automatically, when the receipt passes the rules you set: copied from a purchase order, prices within tolerance, vendor reference filled in.

The problem it solves
Most A/P invoices are a copy of a goods receipt that is already in SAP. Typing each one again takes minutes, delays payment terms, and puts the accounts team’s time into the invoices that are right rather than the few that are not.
What it does
- Creates A/P invoices from posted goods receipt POs on a schedule
- Checks each receipt against your rules before creating anything
- Holds a receipt whose prices differ from the purchase order, with the reason shown
- Keeps a log of every invoice created and every receipt held
What changes for the business
- Routine purchase invoices stop needing a person at all
- The accounts team spends its time on the exceptions, which are listed for it
- Payables are recorded as soon as the goods arrive, so the payables figure is current
