Attesta
Attesta emails your customers and suppliers a secure link to confirm their registration details and upload their certificates. What they send comes back to SAP Business One as a request, shown field by field against what you hold, and nothing changes until somebody approves it.

The problem it solves
Commercial registration and VAT certificates expire, addresses change, and the business partner record in SAP is the last to know. Chasing partners by email for documents, then typing what they send into SAP, is slow, easy to get wrong, and hard to prove was done.
What it does
- Sends update requests to filtered groups of partners: missing VAT number, expired certificate, not asked in a while
- A web page where the partner checks and corrects their details and uploads documents, through a link that expires
- Shows each response field by field, current value against the new one, to approve or reject per field
- Writes approved changes to the business partner and attaches the documents to it
- Tracks every request: sent, responded, approved, rejected or expired
- The internet-facing page can only read the fields it shows; it cannot touch a ledger, a price list or a bank detail
What changes for the business
- Partner records stay current without anybody re-typing them
- Certificates that are about to expire are found before they lapse
- Every change has a record of who sent it, who approved it and the document behind it
