GST e-invoice and e-way bill
Generates the GST e-invoice and the e-way bill straight from SAP Business One A/R invoices and credit memos, one at a time or in bulk, and writes the IRN, acknowledgement and signed QR code back onto the document.

The problem it solves
Without it, every invoice is raised twice: once in SAP and again on the government portal, with the IRN and QR code copied back by hand. At month end that is hundreds of chances to mistype a GSTIN or an amount, and an invoice that cannot legally be issued until somebody has done it.
What it does
- Generates the IRN and signed QR code for A/R invoices and credit memos
- Bulk generation: select a period and send every waiting invoice in one run
- Creates e-way bills, and updates vehicle details on an existing one
- Cancels an IRN within the permitted window, with the reason recorded
- Writes the acknowledgement number, date and QR code back to the invoice, ready for your own print layout
- Keeps a log of every request and the portal’s reply, including rejections and why
What changes for the business
- Invoices are compliant the moment they are posted, not after a second round of data entry
- Errors such as an inactive GSTIN are caught and shown before the invoice goes to the customer
- Month-end filing matches what is in SAP, because it came from SAP
